About Far Coasts
Far Coasts is a game about going somewhere you haven't been. The world is Earth: its real continents, coastlines and ocean floor, made small enough to sail across in an evening, and alive with weather. Swell builds over open water and breaks on the beaches; squalls blow through; the wind turns.
Everyone sails the same world. You start on a beach with a small boat, and where you go from there is up to you: up the coast, across a strait, or out over the horizon after a coast no one has charted yet.
It runs in your browser on a desktop, a laptop, a tablet or a phone, and picks the detail each one can hold. There's nothing to install.
